In this professional collection of workshops with Rachel Austin from ARTICULATE MANCHESTER REELS you’ll learn what it takes to become a professional voiceover artist.
You will look at the basics of a wide variety of voice over styles and explore techniques that will give you the confidence to start your VO career.
Throughout the course you will gain invaluable advice and ways to kick start your VO career. You will explore and record a variety of material and be directed to reach your full potential. There will also be an opportunities to ask anything about the audio world including how to set up a home studio and get a VO agent.
Rachel Austin is an actor, voice over artist and audio producer. Rachel graduated from The Arden School of Theatre in 2008 and has since worked extensively in Theatre, Audio Drama, Film, Television and Voice over. Most recently Rachel has been working with actors in training at The Arden School of Theatre and Manchester School of Theatre producing Audio Drama and Voice Reels. In October 2022, Rachel produced and directed her first professional Audio Drama for Naked Productions, ‘Heavier on the Turf’ which has been finalised for The UK and International Audio Drama Awards.
This voiceover workshop is aimed at artists that are new to the VO industry.
