Ugh, I’m stuck with this super annoying issue. I downloaded a bunch of images for a presentation, but all of them have these ridiculous watermarks plastered everywhere. I tried erasing them with some free tools, but they either made the photos look worse or asked for a subscription. Then, someone suggested checking out dewatermark. Apparently, it uses AI to handle even the stubborn marks. Sounds cool, but I’m not sure if it’s worth trying. What do you think?

Honestly, I think these kinds of tools are great in theory, but they’re not a magic fix for everything. They work well most of the time, but sometimes they leave weird traces if the watermark is really complicated. Plus, I always wonder about the ethical side of it, especially if the image has strict licensing. Still, if you’re just using it for something casual, they’re super handy as long as you’re mindful of how you use them.
